Shipping policy
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after they're placed. Orders placed after 2pm EST on Wednesdays will ship the following week. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and EstimatesWe offer free shipping on all orders to the continental United States. Residents of Alaska and Hawaii are charged a flat rate of $25 for shipping.
International ShippingWe do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@buynatas.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxesWe do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchangesSince our natas are perishable food items, they cannot be returned or exchanged. However, please email us at info@buynatas.com if you have questions or issues with your order.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@buynatas.com if your natas are damaged or if you receive the wrong items, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note your natas may thaw slightly during transit, this is expected and will not impact the quality of the pastries.
